The works involve the refurbishment of the reception area including M&E services to the ground floor entrance and circulation areas. We are also installing a light wall to the entrance lobby and security barriers to reception.
The works are phased into three separate areas to minimise disruption to the occupied college. All works are to be complete within ten weeks.
