The demolition of an existing structure and the construction of 6nr 3 storey new houses for social residential use. The new houses are traditional brick and block to the front, sides and party walls with timber rear wall and roof to allow for the sloping design, which is clad in Rheinzink. There were also associated external landscaping works.
