The works consisted of the construction of a new staff annexe, alterations and extensions to bedrooms 2 and 4 and a new kitchen to the staff flat.
All works were carried out to match the very high standard of the existing structure and finishes.
The works were carried out while the Client was in occupation to a very tight programme. There were a considerable number of Client changes throughout the project which had to be completed within the original programme period.
