The project comprises extensive high quality
refurbishment of a 3 bedroom apartment situated
on the 4th floor of a Grade II Listed Building close
to Oxford Street in central London. Following
the careful demolition of several internal walls
and construction and remodelling of the layout,
we have installed new mechanical and electrical
services, carried out extensive repairs to the
existing timber windows on site using our own
directly employed craftsmen and installed new
floor screeds and constructed new ‘acoustic’
timber floors.
As all the other apartments are occupied, careful
liaison has been required with the building
management, concierge and residents association,
particularly as the majority of our materials have
to be transported along the rear service corridor
at ground floor level and then hoist on to site via
an internal lightwell.
