The contract comprises the structural alteration and fit out of a split level penthouse apartment. This includes a new timber and sky frame viewing platform and the inclusion of a new feature Helical staircase.
The works also include the complete fit out of new M&E services and finishes to a very high standard. The job is made more complicated by the lack of access and the need to use mobile crane lifts for all major deliveries.
